Panattonin

The first and only format
dedicated to the Panattonin

Our passion for Milan and the Panettone led us to listen to tradition and retrace it through a unique, light dough that we serve both at the table and as street food, alongside our simple, delicious dishes.

Roberto's Panattonin

Baked all year round, like it used to be

I discovered that in the old days panettone used to be baked all year round, in a much smaller size.

So I started kneading, testing, until I got the result I wanted: a soft, light, tasty dough that could be paired with both savoury and sweet fillings. That’s how the idea of turning it into real Milanese street food was born.
